In this episode I talk about setting horses up to be able to interact with new horses in low stress ways to prevent them from getting overwhelmed or hurt. The more that horses play, yield, and think, the better they are at making friends and having more harmonious relationships with both horses and humans. I share how we can lead by example to encourage playing, yielding, and thinking behaviors as well as some examples of things that I do to help set my stallions up for success as they learn to be more socially oriented in a herd.
